MINIMUM STAYS
7 Nights: June 17-Sept. 3 & March 19-27
4 Nights: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's

CLEANING FEE
Main House:
$50 if you bring your own sheets & towels
If sheets and towels are provided: An additional $35 for first 3 beds and $5 each for sleeper sofa, twin and roll-away
Lower Unit:
$35 if you bring your own sheets & towels
If sheets and towels are provided: An additional $15 for the queen bed and $5 for the futon
DEPOSIT and SIGNED CONTRACT
One half of total rent is due within 1 week of confirmation with signed contract. Final invoice and confirmation will be sent after deposit and contract are received.
FINAL PAYMENT & SECURITY DEPOSIT
Balance and separate security deposit are due 2 weeks prior to arrival date. This includes: balance of rent, occupancy tax (7%), pet fees, extra guests fees, cleaning fees, and a separate $250 refundable security deposit for each unit booked. If you are bringing pets, a separate $25 deposit is required. Your security deposit check is held and returned within one week of departure, if there is no damage or excessive cleaning required.
REFUND POLICY
If we are able to rebook your dates, 100% of total rent is refundable less a $25 administrative fee.
If we are unable to rebook your dates, 50% of total rent is refundable.
