CLEANING FEE
Main House:
$75 sheets and towels provided
$50 bring your own sheets & towels
Lower Unit:
$50 sheets and towels provided
$35 bring your own sheets & towels
DEPOSIT and SIGNED CONTRACT
One half of total rent is due within 2 weeks of confirmation with signed contract. Final invoice and confirmation will be mailed after deposit and contract are received.
FINAL PAYMENT & SECURITY DEPOSIT
Balance and separate security deposit are due 2 weeks prior to arrival date. This includes: balance of rent, occupancy tax (7%), pet fees, extra guests fees, cleaning fees, and a separate $300 refundable security deposit for each unit booked. Your security deposit check is held and returned within one week of departure, if there is no damage or excessive cleaning required.
REFUND POLICY
Winter: Cancel more than 14 days prior to arrival and we find another renter, 80% is refundable.
Summer: Cancel more than 60 days prior to arrival and we find another renter, 80% is refundable.
Holidays: Cancel more than 30 days prior to arrival and we find another renter, 80% is refundable. All Seasons: If we are unable to rebook your dates, 50% of total rent is refundable. HOLIDAYS
